Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how PrioNudge treats information when you use the PrioNudge Windows desktop app and visit the PrioNudge website at prionudge.com.

Local-first productivity data

PrioNudge stores your tasks, priorities, tracker history, time estimates and related productivity data locally on your own Windows device. We do not host your task database or provide cloud task syncing. Your day-to-day productivity data generally stays on the device where it was created.

No telemetry, no analytics, no cookies

The PrioNudge app does not use telemetry or analytics. The PrioNudge website currently does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.

Network use

Because PrioNudge is a desktop app, some functions naturally use the internet:

• Release and update checks. The app may check for new versions and verify update payloads.
• Licensing. If you activate a commercial PrioNudge license, the app communicates with the licensing service to validate your license key and entitlement. This is a deliberate, limited network path for activation, validation and deactivation.

These licensing operations send only the information needed to verify your license. They do not include your task or tracker data.

Purchases

Paid PrioNudge purchases are intended to be handled by Creem as the Merchant of Record. When you buy a license, you provide payment and contact information to Creem, not directly to PrioNudge. Creem's Buyer Terms of Service and privacy policy apply to that checkout process. PrioNudge does not collect or store your payment-card details.

What we do not do

• We do not sync your tasks or tracker data to the cloud.
• We do not run telemetry or analytics inside the app.
• We do not fingerprint your hardware for DRM.
• We do not require an account to use your productivity data.
