Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the PrioNudge Windows desktop app and the PrioNudge website at prionudge.com. By downloading or using PrioNudge, you agree to these Terms.

Software license

When you obtain PrioNudge, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software for your own personal productivity on your own Windows devices. You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, reverse-engineer or represent the software as someone else's product.

Founder Early Access license

The Founder Early Access offer is intended to launch at €14.99 as a one-time purchase. Unless otherwise stated:

• The license is perpetual for the version of PrioNudge you purchased.
• One license may be activated on up to three Windows devices at a time.
• There is no subscription and no expiry for a valid activation.
• The license does not promise lifetime updates. Future major versions or separate products may be offered separately.

Trial

The upcoming licensed release of PrioNudge includes a 14-day trial so you can evaluate the app before buying. The currently published public v0.1.16 build is available to download and does not enforce this trial; whether a trial period is enforced depends on the specific build you are running.

Purchases

Paid licenses are intended to be sold through Creem as the Merchant of Record. Creem handles checkout, payment processing and applicable taxes. Creem's Buyer Terms of Service and any other purchase-related terms imposed by Creem also apply. PrioNudge does not collect your payment-card details.

Checkout is not live yet while Creem's review is pending; the current public build remains available to download in the meantime.

For purchase or refund questions, contact support@prionudge.com. Eligible refunds are handled through Creem, subject to applicable consumer rights and the terms governing the purchase.

Availability and changes

PrioNudge is under active development. Features, pricing and availability may evolve. We may update these Terms from time to time; the current version will be posted on this page.

Warranty disclaimer

PrioNudge is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, to the extent permitted by applicable law. We do not guarantee that the app will always be error-free or uninterrupted.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the total liability of PrioNudge and its author for any claim arising from your use of the software or website is limited to the amount you paid for the software in the twelve months preceding the claim, or zero if you obtained it for free.
